The end of an AMAZING year at Arcado!!
As the school year comes to an end I want to tell all of you how much I enjoy serving as your principal here at Arcado! This is a great school! The teachers and staff are passionate about education, our students are hard working, kind, caring young people, and our families are supportive and generous.
Our end of year test results have arrived and our students are achieving higher than they ever have before!! I have been celebrating with the teachers and students the exceptional achievement!
As I sit here at my desk listening to the hussle and bussle of the school day around me I know that in just a week it will be very quiet around here. That makes me sad in a way. I love hearing and seeing student learning in action. However, I know that summertime can be a special time for families and you deserve that time together. I hope you have a restful, happy, adventurous summer filled with moments that create lastng memories for you and your family.
It is an honor to serve this wonderful Arcado community!
Warmly,
Ms. Young
